Full Disclosure workbooks for couples going through therapeutic disclosure
Companion workbooks by Dr. Janice Caudill and Dan Drake for both partners going through a therapeutic disclosure after sexual betrayal – from deciding whether to disclose all the way through healing afterward.
What is the Full Disclosure book about?
Full Disclosure is a set of four companion workbooks by Dr. Janice Caudill and Dan Drake for couples going through a therapeutic disclosure after sexual betrayal. Three volumes guide the betrayed partner before, during and after the disclosure. The fourth helps the disclosing partner prepare an honest, complete account.
The workbooks are meant to be used together, with a therapist guiding the disclosure. Each partner does some exercises alone, and the two make the key decisions together, such as how the disclosure will go and when the impact statement is shared.
Designed to be used together
Disclosures are painful and, if mishandled, can cause more, often unnecessary, damage. With information and exercises that prepare you for each hurdle, these workbooks give both of you a way to find your footing during a very hard time.
Your workbook and your partner's workbook are designed to be used together. Some exercises in one correspond to exercises in the other. You will prepare some tasks separately and make the critical decisions together, such as designing the disclosure, sharing the impact statement, and coordinating boundary and coping plans.
I hope these resources bring healing to you and to your relationship as you recover from the impact of sexual betrayal.
