Help.Her.Heal: An Empathy-Building Workshop for Men

Help.Her.Heal group workshops use a structured, work-group format with step-by-step guidance on developing and applying empathy to help heal your partner's heart after sexual betrayal.

Participants use structured material to learn how to use empathy as a tool in repairing their relationships. Builds in support, intimacy psychoeducation, accountability, skill building and practice, so you can take ACTION.

Workbook: This workshop uses Carol Sheet's Help.Her.Heal workbook as the foundational material. Participants will learn and practice empathy skills through structured exercises.

Partner Meetings: Two optional meetings are available for spouses at the beginning and end of the series.

This 2-day psychoeducational workshop takes a deep dive into empathy skills. It is appropriate as a starter or refresher workshop. It includes a free 90-minute follow-up alumni group after the workshop to encourage maintenance.
