This workshop is designed to help you reclaim your life, to free yourself from Posttraumatic Embitterment Disorder and restore a sense of integrative justice.

This online, interactive workshop will include psychoeducation and experiential exercises to address how to stop the rumination that fuels the injustice cycle, as well as using wisdom therapy to restore a sense of integrative justice.

Betrayal trauma leaves behind far more than just heartbreak; it can shatter a woman’s sense of safety, dignity, and meaning. This interactive online workshop is designed to move you from paralyzing pain to purposeful healing. Combining psychoeducation with experiential exercises, we will address the obsessive, ruminating thoughts that fuel the cycle of embitterment. Participants will learn how to use wisdom therapy to reclaim their sense of self and restore a deeply personal sense of integrative justice.
