About Josie

As the Senior Betrayal Trauma-Informed Coach at Intensive Recovery Coaching, I have spent more than a decade walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate the painful and often overwhelming journey of betrayal and recovery.

Whether you are the betrayed partner trying to make sense of shattered trust or the person seeking to understand the impact of your choices and create lasting change, you deserve a space where healing is possible. My role is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed guidance that helps each person move from confusion and pain toward clarity, hope, and restoration.

I specialize in supporting betrayed partners through every stage of the APSATS Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model, helping them regain safety, stability, and confidence as they reclaim their lives. As a Certified Disclosure Guide Coach, I also prepare both partners for the formal disclosure process by helping identify individual needs, establishing emotional safety, and facilitating a process built on honesty, accountability, and healing.

Recovery is about more than surviving betrayal—it is about experiencing post-traumatic growth. Together, we will explore who you were created to be, reconnect with your authentic self, and build a life that is grounded in wholeness, resilience, and purpose. No matter where you are in your journey, healing is possible, and you don't have to walk it alone.

My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Coaching Philosophy

Through personalized coaching sessions, I help clients identify their strengths, values, and core motivations to develop healthy coping strategies, and cultivate resilience for long-term recovery. With advanced specialized training in the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model, I am able to work with couples seeking to restore their relationship after sex addiction and partner betrayal.

Driven by a passion for making a positive impact, I am committed to fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. I believe in the inherent strength and potential within every individual, and I am dedicated to empowering them to reclaim control of their lives and thrive beyond adversity.

With a track record of success in facilitating profound personal growth and transformation, I am honored to be part of the Intensive Recovery Healing team, where we strive to inspire hope, facilitate healing, and foster lasting change.

Professional Background

Through ongoing education and professional development, I stay abreast of the latest advancements in recovery support services. This commitment to continuous learning enables me to provide clients with the most effective strategies and interventions for their journey towards healing and wellness.

At Intensive Recovery Healing, we understand that the path to recovery is not always straightforward, and setbacks may occur along the way. I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients with unwavering support, encouragement, and guidance, empowering them to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

My mission is to instill hope, facilitate growth, and promote lasting change in the lives of those struggling with addiction and betrayal trauma. Together with the compassionate team at Intensive Recovery Healing, I am honored to be a catalyst for transformation and healing in the lives of our clients and their loved ones.
