About Aja

In addition to acting as the intensive coordinator and clinical team leader for trauma intensives, I've been a part of developing Intensive Recovery Healing and Intensive Recovery Coaching into services that will better serve your needs.

I try to bring the down-home warmth and big Texas welcome to your intensive experience. I take it as a mission to see to your needs and the small comforts that allow you to focus on change, growth, and healing when you are at one of our intensives.

As a coach who specializes in self-regulation, I'll also work with you during your intensive to help you learn some self-soothing and coping strategies you can use during and after your time with us.

Our motto is HOPE, HEALING, EMPOWERMENT.

Coaching Approach

I work with intensive clients before your intensive begins to develop a strengths and weaknesses profile of your self-regulation practices, or co-regulation if you are attending a couples intensive. We use this information to better prepare for and serve you during your intensive.

I am also the "e-harmony person" on the team, helping to match the best therapist, coach, or group to your unique set of needs for ongoing services.

I am the president of Intensive Recovery Coaching and work to ensure that our coaches have training and experience in the niche specialties we offer.
