About Michelle · I am part of the Intensive Recovery Healing and trauma teams. I specialize in working with partners of sex addicts, those dealing with compulsive sexual integrity issues, and intimacy anorexia. I offer traditional counseling services, online sessions, intensives, and groups for men struggling with sex addiction-intimacy anorexia, and their partners dealing with sex addiction-intimacy anorexia induced intimacy deprivation.

"I am a follower of Jesus Christ, the wife of a veteran and a mother. As a Christian behavioral health therapist my aim is to provide clinically sound counseling and develop a relationship built on trust. Confidentiality and mutual respect and support each client’s goals on their journey of healing."

Everyone has a story, and those stories are full of experiences of pain, hardship, and disappointment. These experiences are not what defines a person, we are so much more than our past and present.

Let's work together to move you from the pain, turmoil, hurt, and brokenness in your life toward a place of healing, joy, freedom, and hope.

I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client’s individual needs to help attain the personal and/or post-traumatic growth they are striving for and provide a nurturing, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where the full range of emotions can be explored all through a lens of integrity, curiosity, and compassion. Give me a call; we'll talk through where you are in your journey and see if I'm a good fit to collaborate with you.

Additionally, I have experience in working with a range of emotional and behavioral issues and providing services that span from assistance in navigating the healthcare process and providing support and resources for chronic and terminal illnesses, lifestyle behavior change, and self-regulation/stress-management training to grief counseling and beyond.
