Linda Franke
LPC-S, CSAT Candidate, CCPS, DARe, SEP

About Linda · I am a licensed professional counselor and supervisor in Virginia, and a coach specializing in transitions, whether wanted or not. I am also a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist, APSATS-trained to treat partner betrayal trauma, and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate. I am well versed in trauma work, including both life-altering experiences as an adult and prolonged or neglectful or overwhelming experiences in childhood — i.e., complex trauma and developmental trauma.
“I have coordinated and assisted Somatic Experiencing trainings for 20+ years. I’ve learned how to help you develop a healing roadmap for interpersonal trauma stemming from childhood neglect and abuse, shame, and attachment wounds by integrating body/mind/spiritual healing techniques grounded in the body and honoring your healing journey.”
As part of the Intensive Recovery Coaching team, I offer a background in body-centered work through mindfulness modalities, including Somatic Experiencing and related trauma-healing training as a part of psychoeducational somatic healing-based workshops. I am also the Senior Consultant for the Somatic Experiencing and intensive trauma team, offering guidance on a collaborative body psychotherapeutic approach for a wide array of physical, developmental, relational, shock trauma, and life transitions.
