8-Week Online Somatic Healing Workshop

Join a community of women as you cultivate a sense of inner safety, embodiment, and restoration using somatic healing principles.

Experience a deeper connection with yourself, your mind, body, heart and soul. Awaken your intuition and harness the wisdom of the body in in developing boundaries that arise from your gut brain.

Participants are encouraged to use the Somatic Healing Workgroup to supplement ongoing therapy efforts. A free 20-minute consultation with the workshop leader is required.

This psychoeducational workshop is an applied, group event for women who have experienced betrayal. Learn how to manage and calm and soothe your nervous system using polyvagal-informed, somatic tools from an advanced Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. It is designed to complement on-going therapy or coaching.

This psychoeducational workshop is an applied, group event for men who have struggled with problematic sexual behavior or in dealing with the emotional impact on their betrayed partner. Learn how to manage and calm your nervous system using practical, polyvagal-informed, somatic tools from an advanced Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

This workshop is designed to complement on-going therapy or coaching in Complex-Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.

Inner Child Model Workshops use a structured, work-group format with step-by-step guidance on identifying how the inner wounds impact your acting out behaviors and blocks in helping your partner heal. Participants use structured material to practice using practical tools for managing and healing the inner wounds.

Structured, work-group for Partners who have experienced betrayal trauma and are dealing with acute and/or chronic illness or disease processes. Learn how to manage symptoms and trigger responses and support growth by implementing concepts and working through strategies shared in Bessel van der Kolk’s The Body Keeps the Score and Janina Fisher's Transforming the Living Legacy of Trauma.

This psychoeducational group is a tool to help you navigate healing from developmental, family-of-origin, and other life trauma that results in Complex-Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. It is designed to complement on-going individual therapy.

Empowerment Benefits:

Helps you understand the nature of your trauma history and how it has impacted you.

Provides practical tools for healing and coaching on how to use them.

Uses a workbook-based structure to help apply recovery skills.

Provides the support of the group in working through the impact of trauma.
